Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Updated
Mechanically Unchanged with One New Colour
The Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE has been available in India for over a year, and the latest iteration has just been launched in the market. The updates for 2025 are limited, with the bike now meeting OBD-2B emissions standards and featuring new colour options.
The new colour introduced is Pearl Tech White, which features blue rims instead of the previous gold. Existing colours like Glass Sparkle Black and Champion Yellow No 2 remain unchanged. All other design aspects of the motorcycle continue as before, including the 5-inch TFT display.
Mechanically, the V-Strom 800 DE retains its 776cc parallel twin engine, generating the same 84hp and 78Nm of torque as its predecessor. Weighing in at 232kg, it offers an impressive 220mm of suspension travel. Coupled with 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel sizes and fully adjustable suspension, this bike is well-equipped for off-road adventures.
Notably, the price of the V-Strom has remained constant. Initially launched at an introductory price of Rs 10.30 lakh in March 2024, Suzuki has maintained this price point into 2025.
