Mahindra Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic Powertrain Details
Both the Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic are equipped with a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine, albeit tuned differently. The Scorpio Classic generates 130hp and 300Nm of torque, while the Scorpio N boasts an output of 175hp and up to 400Nm of torque. The Scorpio Classic is available exclusively with a 6-speed manual transmission, whereas the Scorpio N offers a choice between a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Additionally, the Scorpio N features a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine option, producing 203hp and 370Nm, also paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter. The diesel variant of the Scorpio N can be equipped with a four-wheel-drive system.
