The Porsche 911 is recognized as one of the most iconic sports cars ever produced, and it’s easy to understand why. Since its launch in 1964, the 911 has featured a flat-six engine that is uniquely positioned above the rear axle, delivering a rich sound along with outstanding handling and day-to-day usability. Few vehicles can match the driving excitement and heritage offered by the 911.
In India, the 911 made its initial appearance with the 997 generation in 2004, and the updated ‘992.2’ version of the latest generation was released in 2024. We recently conducted a review of the 992.2 911 Carrera and are now addressing some frequently asked questions regarding this sports car.
