Most comfortable bike under Rs 2.5 lakh

I have a 45-minute daily commute on bad roads. I am 5’7″ tall, so I am not sure if I can manage an ADV bike. Please suggest a bike that does not have a tall seat height but can absorb the bad roads. High-speed performance or touring capability is not important. My budget is up to Rs 2.5 lakh.

Autocar India says: Since you haven’t mentioned your performance and fuel efficiency requirements, we will assume you’re open to various bike options. Adventure bikes (ADVs) are known for their excellent road comfort, and we recommend considering models like the new Hero Xpulse 210 or the updated Yezdi Adventure. If you find these options too tall, you might want to try either the Royal Enfield Classic 350 or the Bullet 350.

Both bikes share a similar aesthetic, with only slight variations in the riding position. The Royal Enfield 350cc lineup is known for its superb suspension comfort and well-designed riding ergonomics. However, we advise against the RE Meteor 350, as its feet-forward riding position can be uncomfortable on rough terrains.

Additionally, you can consider the new Hunter 350, which we have recently reviewed if you’re looking for something smaller and more manageable, although it may not match the comfort levels of the Classic or Bullet.
