False Information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or booking may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

2. Services Provided

Platform Role: Autofixers.in is an online platform that connects vehicle owners (“Customers”) with independent garages, mechanics, and automotive service providers (“Vendors”).
Nature of Services: Customers can browse and book automotive services including repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, detailing, and emergency breakdown assistance.
Service Fulfilment: Autofixers.in does not directly perform car repairs or maintenance. All services are delivered by independent third-party vendors.
Scope & Limitations: Service availability depends on city, region, and vendor capacity. We cannot guarantee availability of specific parts, services, or vendors at all times. Information on pricing and availability is provided by vendors and may change without prior notice.
Customer Support: Autofixers.in facilitates bookings, payments, and customer support but is not liable for the actual execution, quality, or timeliness of services rendered by vendors.

3. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date details when creating an account, booking services, or submitting any information through Autofixers.in.
Lawful Use: You may only use our Services for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or unlawful activity, is strictly prohibited.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Autofixers.in is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Vehicle Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your vehicle (such as model, brand, registration, and service requirements) are correct while placing a booking.
Respectful Conduct: You must interact respectfully with service providers, Autofixers staff, and other users. Abusive behavior, misuse of services, or harassment may result in account suspension or legal action.
Prohibited Actions: You must not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or manipulate the functionality of Autofixers.in by introducing malware, bots, or automated systems, scraping content, or engaging in any unauthorized data collection.
Responsibility for Service Outcomes: While we facilitate connections with vendors, you are responsible for verifying that the chosen service meets your needs and expectations before booking.

4. Bookings & Payments

Booking Process: When you make a booking through Autofixers.in, you are submitting a request for services, which will be confirmed once accepted by the respective vendor or by us on their behalf.
Service Pricing: Prices shown on the website or application are indicative and may vary based on your vehicle, service requirements, location, and vendor availability. Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement.
Taxes & Fees: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Additional fees (such as pickup & drop, spare parts, or emergency assistance) may be charged by the vendor and will be communicated to you in advance wherever possible.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made securely via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or cash (where supported). Some services may require advance or partial payments.
Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and valid. Autofixers.in will not be liable for failed transactions due to incorrect information or bank errors.
Receipts & Invoices: Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email or SMS. For services booked through third-party vendors, the vendor may also provide a separate invoice.
Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking. Autofixers.in reserves the right to restrict or block access to further services until outstanding payments are cleared.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Independent Vendors: Autofixers.in partners with independent garages, mechanics, and service providers (“Vendors”) to deliver automotive services. These Vendors operate independently and are not employees or agents of Autofixers.in.
No Guarantee of Performance: While we carefully onboard and verify Vendors, we do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or suitability of services provided by them.
Information Provided by Vendors: Details such as pricing, availability, and service descriptions are provided directly by Vendors. Autofixers.in is not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in such information.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, service complaints, or warranty claims relating to services provided by Vendors must be resolved directly with the Vendor. Autofixers.in may assist in communication but is not obligated to intervene in disputes.
Liability Disclaimer: Autofixers.in is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party Vendors. Customers are advised to exercise due diligence before availing services.
Service Availability: The availability of specific services or Vendors may vary depending on your location, vehicle type, and time of booking. Autofixers.in does not guarantee that a particular Vendor or service will be available at all times.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations: You may cancel a booking within the time frame specified during the booking process. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the Vendor and type of service.
Vendor Cancellations: A Vendor may cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as lack of spare parts, staff unavailability, or emergencies. Autofixers.in will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the Vendor's refund policy. Certain services may be non-refundable once work has commenced or parts have been ordered.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will generally be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to present your vehicle at the scheduled service location/time or are unavailable for pickup without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee or forfeit your advance payment.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the service was delivered or spare parts were already procured, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Autofixers.in or the Vendor.
Platform Discretion: Autofixers.in reserves the right to review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both Customers and Vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content: All content available on Autofixers.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Autofixers Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with our Services.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, content, or materials obtained from Autofixers.in without prior written permission.
Trademarks: The Autofixers name, logo, and any other marks displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Autofixers Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Use of these marks without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
User Content: If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to Autofixers.in, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for promotional, marketing, or service-related purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Service: Autofixers.in does not guarantee that the website, mobile application, or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control.
Indirect Damages: Autofixers.in shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Vendor Responsibility: Since all automotive services are performed by independent third-party Vendors, Autofixers.in assumes no liability for errors, damages, delays, or deficiencies in services provided by them. Any claims must be directed to the respective Vendor.
Vehicle Safety: Autofixers.in does not warrant that any repair or maintenance performed through Vendors will make your vehicle fully safe or roadworthy. Customers are advised to conduct their own inspection or seek a second opinion if necessary.
Force Majeure: Autofixers.in shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, government restrictions, or internet outages.
Total Liability Cap: In no event shall Autofixers.in's total liability to you for any damages, losses, or claims exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

User Responsibility: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autofixers.in, its parent company (Autofixers Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of our Services.
- Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Any breach of representations, warranties, or obligations made by you.
- Any claim that your submitted content infringes on third-party intellectual property or rights.
Vendor Disputes: You agree that Autofixers.in is not liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising between you and any third-party service provider. In such cases, you release Autofixers.in from any related liability.
Legal Cooperation: Autofixers.in reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Data Sharing: Information may be shared with Vendors to fulfill service requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Security: While we employ reasonable security measures to protect your data, Autofixers.in cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, breaches, or cyber-attacks.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for ensuring the accuracy of your personal information on our platform.
Consent: By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

Legal Proceedings: You agree not to initiate or participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative action against Autofixers.in. All disputes must be filed individually.
International Use: If you access our Services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
